Residents took out a colourful procession, plastered the town with festoons and urged one and all to vote for Prashant.

"Local people may always support their candidate but Prashant is very talented and he will surely win," said Babita Chettri, a resident.

Anup Chettri, another resident said: "We have lots of expectations as he reached to a high level in the show. He is already in top ten. If he works upon his mistakes, then he can surely reach the deserved heights. We are confident that he will win."
